Terms of Service

By engaging Atlas Code ("we", "us") for services or using atlasblue.com, you agree to these terms. Master Services Agreements signed for specific engagements supersede conflicting provisions here.

We deliver engineering services across Shopify Liquid, web development, backend systems, automation, and cloud infrastructure. Scope, deliverables, and fees are defined per-engagement in a Statement of Work.

• Quick Tasks are paid in full at intake.
• Projects are billed per the milestone schedule in the SOW.
• Enterprise retainers are billed monthly in advance.
• Late payments accrue 1.5% interest per month.

Upon full payment, all custom code written for your engagement is assigned to you. Atlas Code retains rights to its pre-existing tools, libraries, and methodologies used in delivery.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during engagement, indefinitely, with industry-standard safeguards.

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed through the termination date are due on termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
