Atlas Code. This policy describes how we handle personal data collected through atlasblue.com and during client engagements.

• Account & contact details you provide (name, email, company, phone).
• Project intake details you submit for scoping.
• Technical logs (IP, browser, device) collected for security and analytics.
• Billing information processed by our payment partners.

• To deliver engineering services you've contracted us for.
• To respond to inquiries, send proposals, and manage invoicing.
• To improve our website and protect against abuse.
• To send service updates. Marketing emails are opt-in.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with vetted sub-processors (cloud hosting, payments, analytics) under written agreements, or when required by law.

Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months, unless contracts specify otherwise. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Contact privacy@atlasblue.com.
